Practical issues when considering training requests:

Courses are usually organised at a venue provided by the host organisation and attendance is normally organised within the host organisation. Venues can be arranged if appropriate to the needs of a specific organisation.
The number of participants for a course will be dictated by the course content. Where skills training is involved, e.g. the Helpline Programme or where role play work is utilised, 20 to 30 participants would be the maximum. Other courses which do not involve skills practice, such as the
Lange Datograph Wellbeing programme or shorter First Responder courses, can be for between 50 and 100 participants.
Depending on the number of participants and the course involved additional tutors may be required. Associate tutors with similar qualifications and excellent experience will be utilised. This may incur an extra cost.
